BID Security Task Team deployed throughout Easter Holiday Period

 ‘The BID Security Task Team will be deployed throughout the forthcoming Easter Holiday period.They will on duty between 1100hrs and 1800hrs, Mondays to Saturdays, commencing on Saturday 30th March and finishing Saturday 13th AprilThis initiative has been funded following financial contributions from Inverness BID and The Inverness Common Good fund.

At the fifth annual BEST BAR NONE Awards ceremony held  during the evening of Monday 14th January and attended by over 130 guests,   14 premises gained TEN Gold Awards and FOUR Silver Awards covering the categories of Pubs, Bars and Clubs. The Exchange, Arts Bar in the Mercure Hotel, The Auctioneers and No 27 all gained SILVER awards whilstThe Kings Highway, Blacksmiths, Lauders, The Gellions, Johnny Foxes and The Den, The Room, Caffé Teatro, MacCallums, The Keg and G’s Night Club all gained GOLD awards.

Red Hot Highland Fling

The 2012 show will be hosted by CRAIG HILL and will star BIG COUNTRY , TREACHEROUS ORCHESTRA , SKERRYVORE and THE WHISKY RIVER BAND . The gates will open at 7pm and the show will start at the earlier time of 7.15pm.The Red Hot Highland Fling is designed to be family friendly with the top of our bill always scheduled to come on stage at 9.45pm. This is so that families can get the little ones home in time for the bells.
