Communication

We are continually striving to improve our communication with BID members and give regular updates as to what we are doing to help their business. There are a number of ways we do this:

• The BID website: This contains a directory of all members with a dedicated web page for each as well as information about special offers and features.

• The BID Bulletin: This is a monthly newsletter, which is sent to all of our members and includes news items and features.

• BID Breakfast Meetings: Again, these are held monthly and give all members the opportunity to hear from speakers such as Chief Secretary to the Treasury, Danny Alexander MP and representatives from Castle Stuart Golf Course about the Barclays Scottish Open. As well as being informative they are a great opportunity to network and raise any issues with the BID team.
