Coach and Visitor Ambassador Service

Inverness BID manages the Coach Friendly facility on Ardross Street in Inverness during the summer months where we employ Coach & Visitor Ambassadors to welcome passengers from coaches arriving from the cruise ships and from other visiting coach tours.  Our Coach & Visitor Ambassadors manage the coach parking bays and warmly welcome visitors to the city.  They provide information and assistance as required including an Inverness Visitors Guide with a map to the city centre (click on the map below to see the full version) which highlights some of our fabulous city centre businesses.

In 2016 we were awarded Coach Friendly status by the Confederation of Passenger Transport in recognition of the excellent facilities and service provided by Inverness BID to visitors and coaches.
