BIRCH Inverness is an exciting new speciality coffee shop serving coffee, a selection of pastries, sandwiches & bakes, brunch options, soup & breakfast items.

This is the second shop to be opened for BIRCH with the first being based in Portree on the Isle of Skye since 2020.

BIRCH was set up by Niall Munro after he was inspired by trips to coffee mecca, Melbourne and wanted to replicate the Melbourne café style, but with beautiful, locally sourced products from the Scottish Highlands and Islands.
