Miele's Gelateria, is Italian Style Gelato made by Miele's, who have a long family heritage in Ice cream spanning over 90 years. We think the winning formula in our Gelato is a combination of, training in Sicily in the art of gelato with some of the greatest Italian Gelato chefs & using techniques passed down from our Great Grandfather to our Granda and now to our Father and us, whilst keeping it fun and full of passion in creating new and exciting flavours nearly every other week here in the Highlands.
